Digital Experience Group

Joel Salisbury

is a UConn alum and long-time member of the University community. His work history includes years as a web and mobile developer, UX designer, digital strategist, and digital product manager. Salisbury’s latest work includes founding leadership roles in the DMD DX Lab and UConn DX Group. Most recently, his research interests focus on conservation, natural resources, and food insecurity.

 

Michael Vertefeuille

is currently the Associate Department Head of UConn's Digital Media and Design Department. He has served as an administrator, technology leader, and faculty member at the University of Connecticut since 1992. Mike research is focused in emerging technologies, software development and UX/UI design. He is also a founding director in the in the DMD DX Lab and UConn DX Group.

 

Brian Daley

is an Assistant Professor in Residence for the UConn Digital Media and Design program. For nearly 20 years, he has been creating for web and mobile platforms as a freelancer and a web developer with University Communications at the University of Connecticut. His work includes projects like the UConn homepage and UConn Health, as well as many other high-profile digital marketing campaigns and websites.

 

Emily Ha

is a junior in the Digital Media and Design program at UConn, concentrating on web and interactive media. She currently works as a UX/Web Specialist for the DX Group.
